privacy policy

This page explains what Brellix collects when you use brellix.co, why, who handles it and how to have it corrected or deleted. We have tried to keep it short and specific.

The short version: the only personal details we receive are the ones you send through the contact form. We read them, we reply, and we do not use them for anything else.

who we are

Brellix, registered in Pakistan, operates brellix.co. For anything on this page, write to info.brellix@gmail.com.

what we collect and why

the contact form

When you send the contact form, we receive:

• your name and work email
• your company and website
• what you need, what you sell and your budget range
• the page you landed on, the referrer, and any UTM tags in the link you followed
• the country Cloudflare reports for your request, and the time you sent it

We use this to reply to you and to see which of our channels brought you here. It reaches us as an email in our inbox, sent through Resend, an email delivery service. Your IP address is not included in that email. We keep the email as long as the conversation is live. We do not add you to a newsletter or any automated sequence.

cloudflare turnstile

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated submissions. It runs a challenge in your browser, and your IP address is passed to Cloudflare to verify the result. Cloudflare handles that data under its own privacy policy. Turnstile loads only on the contact page.

cloudflare web analytics

We measure traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cloudflare adds it to the site itself; there is no analytics script in our code. It counts page views and page performance in aggregate. It sets no cookies, does not track you across other sites and does not build a profile of you.

sessionStorage in your browser

Your browser keeps two things in sessionStorage on this site. The first is the referrer, any UTM tags and the first page you landed on, so they are still known when you reach the contact form. The second is the text you typed into the form, saved when you press send so the form can be refilled if the submission fails. Both clear when you close the tab. They leave your device only inside the form you choose to send.

If a submission fails, our server logs a short reason for the failure, such as a verification error. The log does not contain your message, your email address or your IP address.

what we don't do

• No advertising cookies.
• No third-party trackers.
• We do not sell or share your details.
• No automated decisions about you.

hosting and processors

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which serves it from servers in multiple regions. Form email is delivered by Resend. Both act as processors on our instructions. Turnstile, as above, is covered by Cloudflare's own policy.

your rights

You can email us to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Tell us which email address you used so we can find the message. We reply within one working day and act within 14 days. If you have signed an engagement with us, the data handled for that engagement is governed by the agreement.

children

This site is for businesses. It is not meant for anyone under 18.

When we change this page we update the date at the top. If a change is material, we say so here.
