We use the tools we run in production every day. No framework of the month. Everything ships to a repository you own, with deployment documented.

Backend
Python and Django, PostgreSQL, Stripe for payments, Docker for repeatable environments.
Frontend
Server-rendered pages where search matters, a modern component framework where the app needs it. Measured on Core Web Vitals.
Hosting and ops
AWS, Nginx, automated deploys, backups and monitoring set up before launch, not after the first outage.
Quality
End-to-end tests on the flows that make money. Accessibility and performance checked on every release.
Process

scoped, staged, handed over

Fixed price per stage after a paid discovery. You see working software every two weeks, and you can stop at any stage boundary.

  1. Discovery

    One to two weeks. Requirements, data model, integrations, a written scope with a price per stage.

  2. Build in stages

    Two-week increments on a staging site you can use. Scope changes are priced before they're built.

  3. Launch and handover

    Source, credentials, deployment docs and a recorded walkthrough. Optional monthly care plan after.
Web only, for now.

Mobile apps and larger engineering engagements are not something we sell yet. When we do, it will be because we've shipped it ourselves first.
